Here is just a sample of the variety you can have on a 5 day. Randy from Cypress Ca. with a pair of sheephead.

Matt is from Cappo Beach and was fishing a jig deep and caught this Sheephead.

From Costa Mesa, Glen caught a couple of huge sheepshead.

This is Evan, age 14, with a nice Sheephead. Not quite big enough so it was released. He also released a keeper sized Baracuda and some Calico - way to go Evan!! He earned the nickname "Hardcore Harry" and he was fishing with one wrist in a cast.

Mike got this NICE sheephead. This thing was a beast!

I wasn't worried with Pat behind the gaff. As soon as the fish came up he nailed it!

SFR would like to say THANKS to Capt Frank Ursitti and crew for a GREAT trip! It isn't every day that the weather cooperates and allows us to fish San Miguel 2 days in a row. I had a great time meeting everyone on board. I really appreciate all the kind words and feedback about the website. I hope to see some of you again on some of our SFR charters. Nice Sheephead for Vinh. If you stay on top, you'll get Bonito, Calico, & Blue Perch. Put some sinker, you'll get alot of Sheephead and Whitefish.

Another good size Sheephead for Brian. I think he prefers to fish the bottom for good dinner tonight.

Here's Scotty with a shegoat. I've been fishing with my buddy Scott on many trips and I have a picture of him holding a Sheephead on every trip we've been on. Talk about goat magnet!
